PINAR CIFTCI is a multifaceted actress, writer, producer, and journalist, from Oslo, Norway, with Kurdish heritage.
Fluent in Norwegian, English, Turkish, German, French, and Kurdish, she holds a BA in Theatre Production and Acting from Nord Universitet and has trained at the William Esper Studio in New York.

Ciftci has worked in theatre and film across Norway, Chile, Austria, and Greece. As a journalist, she has written for major Norwegian publications, including Rushprint, Aftenposten, and Ny Tid. Her work has achieved international recognition, being translated into both Arabic and English.​
She debuted as a playwright and lead actress with HULL at Det Norske Teatret in 2023. Currently, she's starring in the short film I WALKED ALONE and developing the theatre concert FRAVÆRENDE HELT, supported by Fritt Ord, Kulturrådet, and FFUK, set to premiere in fall 2025.
Her next performance of HULL is set for April 2025 at Nordic Black Theatre.
